Job Description

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.00-$27.00 with a potential increase after 90 days.

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

  • Maintain all machinery, trucks & equipment.
  • Utilize I-Maintenance to ensure the preventative maintenance program is followed and kept up to date.
  • Keep vehicles services and records up to date while completing required paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years of vehicle maintenance experience.
  • A valid Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.
  • Must provide own tools and tool box.
