Job Description

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Market Hog Hauler to join our CDL team in Defiance.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: 6 days a week 8:00pm-7:00am, home daily.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $23.30 with the potential of increasing to $23.80 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this position. Job functions include:
- Transporting pigs at specified locations as scheduled
- Following all TQA guidelines for Boarding Recommendations and Hauling Practices
- Ensuring all tractors and trailers are shoveled, swept, cleaned, and disinfected.
- Completing all paperwork neatly and properly
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
- Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be willing to attend required trainings
