Cooper Farms is currently seeking a HR/Operations Systems Supervisor to join our Corporate HR team in Fort Recovery.
The primary goal of this position is to effectively lead, plan and implement all facets of the UKG system. This position will play a vital role in ensuring Cooper Farms utilizes the UKG system to its full potential.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job Functions:
- Lead the UKG team in configuring, maintaining, documenting and supporting the UKG system as it relates to Payroll, HR and Benefits
- Cultivate teamwork, set goals and provide regular feedback to contribute to the success of the team and the company
- Drive consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the UKG system, processes and procedures
- Promote problem solving and future planning by working with business leadership teams to document processes, make improvement recommendations and implement changes within the system
- Document, deliver and maintain ongoing training for end users across the company
- Troubleshoot, test, audit and update the UKG system utilizing internal and external help desk tickets
- Maintain security and confidentiality in working with team member data
- Continuous learning and training of company processes, industry standards and system functionality
Requirements - Minimum of an associate degree with four years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience
- Excellent communication, reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work with team members at all levels is required
- Ability to learn software systems, understand data, and offer ideas for process improvement is essential
