Our Fort Recovery Egg Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
SHIFT HOURS: Training will take place on 1st shift working Production and Sanitation, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, until the end of November. Once training is complete this position will be 4 10-hour days including one weekend day 7:30pm-6:00am.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.25 during the 1st shift training period of Production and Sanitation. The starting hourly rate for 3rd shift Sanitation is $18.25 with the potential of increasing to $19.10 after 90 days.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
