Job Description

We have divisions in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties in Ohio and are looking for a Strategic Improvement Administrator to join our team.
The overall objective of this role is to help increase the bottom line of all divisions across the company by supporting those in the Strategic Improvement Division. The role will be a challenging mix of planning, organizing, supporting, facilitating, and designing presentations, training slide decks, and other visual aids.
LOCATION: Celina OH
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday
STARTING RATE: Commensurate with experience
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job Functions:
- Act as administrator to ensure the team is working together to meet commitments and help them plan and organize to do so
- Support others in writing reports, creating and updating metrics, planning and preparing for meetings and events, ordering supplies, and other tasks as needed
- Work across Cooper Farms divisions in supporting and perhaps leading teams to find ways to optimize systems, processes, and procedures and to increase capacity, improve quality, and/or better procedures to keep Team Members safe
- Organize and coordinate time studies, design experiments, Root Cause Analysis and After-Action Reviews. Lead those efforts in a way that builds capacity in others to complete them in the future with excellence across the company
- Review metrics and reports across the company and work with the metric owners to simplify and standardize reports
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Science, Business, Writing, Digital Media or similar is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is greatly preferred
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must with the ability to plan and organize while managing multiple tasks and schedules
- Candidates should have a strong desire to learn, use AI and other aids to increase office productivity, and the flexibility to do what is needed from them each day.
