Job Description

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Turkey Mover to join our team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:00pm and Saturday hours as needed.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.40 with the potential of increasing to $16.65 after 90 days.

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

  • Loading and delivering turkeys in a cautious manner.
  • Following all biosecurity practices and SOPs as they relate to the position.
  • Completing all required paperwork neatly and completely.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to be on feet for a prolonged period of time.
