Job Description

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Recovery.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.15-$27.15 with a potential increase after 90 days.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
- Maintain all machinery, trucks & equipment.
- Utilize I-Maintenance to ensure the preventative maintenance program is followed and kept up to date.
- Keep vehicle services and records up to date while completing required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have 2 years of vehicle maintenance experience.
- A valid Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.
- Must provide own tools and tool box.
