Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grover Hill, Ohio.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job functions include:
- Preforming preventative and corrective maintenance
- Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace
- Performing tasks related to electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience
