Our Fort Recovery Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st Maintenance Technician to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday, rotating weekly hours, from 5:00am-2:30pm to 7:00am-4:30pm, as well as rotating weekends shifts.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$32.00 (dependent upon experience) with a potential increase after 90 days.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
