Job Description

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Fort Recovery.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.95 with the potential of increasing to $18.45 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
- Cleaning all trucks and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Following all biosecurity practices
- Maneuvering tract trailers in the parking lot
- Cleaning and maintaining wash bays daily
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have and maintain valid driver's license
- Must be able to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
