Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)
SHIFT HOURS: Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week!
COMPENSATION: Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6325 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 per border crossing, $25 allowance per run over 500 miles and more.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job functions include:
- Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
- Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
- Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
- Complying with e-log regulations
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
- Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
