Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a part time Housekeeper to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 2-4 hours a day

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $15.05 with a potential increase to $15.30 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

  • Cleaning and inspecting bathrooms, breakroom, office areas etc..
  • Reporting low inventory of supplies to management for ordering purposes
    Sweep and mopping offices as needed
  • Removing all trash.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.
