Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Poult Line Processor in Oakwood.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, approximately 6:00am-3:00pm, 6am - 10am on Wednesdays.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

  • Beak condition, toe condition and dewclaws per orders and as instructed.
  • Maintain correct flock separation and numbers
  • Report poor quality poults to QC and Manager.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
