Job Description

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Team Member in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
- Setting and transferring eggs
- Washing tubs and dividers
- Assisting in loading poult trucks
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
