Job Description

Our Fort Recovery Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Shipping Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.90-$22.45 with a potential increase after 90 days.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided. Job functions include:
- Unloading materials and nest run eggs.
- Loading products on truck to be shipped.
- Hooking up proper tractor and trailers according to delivery city on log sheet.
- Being responsible for completing all paperwork required for shipments.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have good reading, writing, math and basic computer skills.
- Must have advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have forklift experience.
